Acceptable Use Policy

Framecraft products are for ordinary home decoration and surface styling. They must not be used for any unlawful, unsafe or misleading purpose, including deceptive displays or misrepresentation.

Our products carry only solid tones or Framecraft's own original prints. You must not use our frames or products to display or reproduce content that infringes third-party intellectual property — including logos, brands, characters, sports teams, film, TV, games, named living artists' styles or anyone's likeness without permission.

Reviews, photos and other content you submit must be your own or properly licensed, must not contain infringing imagery or other people's private information, and must not be unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove content that breaches this policy.

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with other users, scrape at scale, or misuse forms and checkout.

Follow installation, load and safety guidance on product pages. Keep small parts away from children under 3, handle fragile items with care, and use only the supplied flameless LED candles with candle holders.

We may suspend access or cancel orders that breach this policy. Report concerns to support@canvart.shop.
