Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where Framecraft ships, how long it takes, what it costs and how fragile items are protected.
1. Where we ship
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and New Zealand. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
2. Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States & United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.
- Canada, Ireland & Europe: 5–10 business days.
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days.
Times are estimates and may vary at peak periods or due to customs.
3. Shipping costs
A flat standard shipping fee in USD is shown at checkout before payment. Studio members receive free standard shipping and Gallery members receive free express shipping on eligible orders.
4. Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee. You are the importer of record.
6. Fragile packaging
Mirrors, glass frames and ceramic vases are packed with protective materials for transit. Please inspect fragile items on arrival and report any breakage per our Refund & Returns policy.
7. Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@canvart.shop with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
