How content you submit to Framecraft is licensed, and your responsibility for images you display.
1. Content you submit
When you submit a review, photo or other content (for example a styled-shelf photo), you grant CANVAS ART LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and share that content to promote the products and store. You keep ownership of your content.
2. Withdrawal
You can ask us to remove your submitted content at any time by emailing support@canvart.shop. We will remove it from active display within a reasonable period.
3. Images you place in frames
Frames ship empty. Any photo or artwork you insert into a frame is entirely your responsibility. You must hold the rights to display it and must not use infringing imagery, other people's likeness without permission, or unlawful content.
4. Our content
All site text, original prints, imagery and the Framecraft name and marks belong to CANVAS ART LIMITED and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. Warranty and indemnity
You confirm that content you submit or display does not breach any law or third-party right, and you agree to be responsible for any claim arising from content you provide.
